To ensure you receive the most relevant information without unnecessary noise, Lincoln County is divided into four specific notification zones. Before clicking the sign-up button below, please consult the map to identify which zone you reside in.
Why Zones Matter: Emergency responders use these zones to target alerts. By selecting the correct zone during registration, you’ll receive warnings tailored specifically to your neighborhood, helping you know exactly when to take action.
The Map: The graphic above outlines the boundaries for Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, and Zone 4. Take a quick note of your area, you will be asked to select this during the registration process on our secure third-party portal.
How to Sign Up

- Click the “Register for Alerts” button below to visit the secure sign-up portal.
- Enter your preferred method of receiving alerts (SMS and/or email) and verify.
- Select your zone to finalize your registration.
