How to Request a DIR Quote and Enter Into a Purchase Agreement
Eligible customers can request a quote and begin the purchase process by following the steps below.
- Review available products and services. Review the product and service categories available through OmniWarn’s DIR contract and identify the type of warning system, equipment, support, or service your organization needs.
- Submit the DIR quote request form. Complete the form on this page with your organization details, project location, project type, and known system needs.
- OmniWarn reviews the request. Ryan Dean or a member of the OmniWarn team will review your request and follow up if additional information is needed.
- Receive a written DIR quote. OmniWarn will provide a written quote for eligible products and services under Texas DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6200.
- Issue a purchase order or purchase agreement. After reviewing and approving the quote, the purchasing organization may issue a purchase order or enter into a purchase agreement according to its internal procurement process and applicable DIR purchasing requirements.
